A Tampa Bay home that took home the gold in season five of HGTV's popular remodel show "Rock the Block" is now on the market in Treasure Island.

Located at 362 Capri Blvd # 1, the home was the handy work of twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, who are also the hosts of HGTV’s "Unsellable Houses."

Referred to as the "Tropical Retreat," the four-bedroom and five-bathroom duplex comes fully furnished, and features a wine room, a media room, three laundry rooms, a pool and sauna, a boat dock, solar panels, and more.

Hosted by Ty Pennington, "Rock the Bock" centers around four teams, who have just a few weeks to completely redesign four homes on the same street. Each week the teams focus on a different space in the house, and whoever lands the highest appraisal, wins.

"Tropical Retreat" was praised by the judges for its wood textures, earth tones, and "Bali" feel, ultimately landing it a winning $2.3 valuation after Leslie and Lyndsay dropped $250,000 on renovations.

"Our budget was $250,000 and we stuck to that number," said Lyndsay to HGTV.  "We were allowed to get materials at cost or have things donated, but we had to do the outreach. Leslie and I hustled our butts off — our goal was to double if not triple our budget by getting things contributed or sold at cost. The wine cellar, for example, was worth $70,000 but we got it wholesale for $15,000. We put in months of work prior to the competition, sometimes not knowing at the time how or where we were going to use some of the items we got in."

Now, the "Tropical Retreat"  is up for grabs, but with a significantly higher $2,999,900 price tag.

The listing agent is Yamika Mcgee-Kleinschmidt of Signature Realty Associates.
