A massive wilderness preserve filled with deer and exotic species is now for sale in Central Florida.
7Cs Ranch, located about two hours north of Tampa in Crescent City, is a licensed game preserve sitting on approximately 488-acres of fenced-in pine plantations. The ranch is currently holding over 500 deer, including white-tail, axis deer, and black bucks, and numerous other exotic animals (like zebra), which are all part of the sale.
There's also three spring-fed stocked bass fishing lakes, a pheasant tower shoot area, an archery practice facility, and multiple shooting ranges, including sporting clays and bench rest rifle shooting.
The property also boasts a 5,200-square foot main lodge, with five en-suite bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well.
The ranch has been on and off the market over the years, and was last listed for $2 million back in 2020, according to property records. 7Cs Ranch is currently asking $7.9 million, and the listing agent is Robert Buckmaster of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties.
