A Tampa Bay home that comes with a great hangout spot for WWIII is now up for grabs.

Located in Pasco County at 17134 Harmony Dr., in Hudson, the 1,208-square-foot home was built in 1963, and comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an underground bomb shelter.

As you can see in the photos below, the bunker is accessible through a set of massive metal jail doors in one of the bedrooms. Down below, the bunker features a bathroom, kitchen, and a sleep space with a waterbed!

Sitting 22-feet below ground, and protected with five-foot concrete walls, the bunker also comes with full power, water, and exhaust fans with charcoal filters that vent out to the roof.

While certainly rare, it wasn't that uncommon for Florida homes of this era to feature some sort of bomb shelter. In the late-'50s and early-'60s, Florida witnessed a bit of a bomb shelter boom because of the threat of nuclear war, particularly around the time of the Berlin Wall construction and during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

"Thankfully, aside from a few drills and the drama of the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, these shelters were never needed for their intended purpose," says the Florida State Archives. "Many were later remodeled for storage or other purposes. A few still remain, however, and they remind us of how seriously the danger of nuclear war commanded the attention of Floridians living during the Cold War."

This particular bomb shelter house appears to be in decent working order and is now asking $256,000. The listing agent is Sue Ellis of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group of Clearwater.
