The inaugural Student Photography Contest, held in memory of former student Jacob Ari Kamis, was held on Tuesday, May 21, at Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA).
The contest, themed "Through their Lens: A Journey of Self-Exploration," was open to all sixth through 12th graders in the Tampa Bay Area, and was judged by Fox 13’s Charley Belcher, Robin O’Dell, Executive Curator at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts; and Debra Campbell, a Florida-based artist and art educator.
And yes, Jon Gruden was in attendance.
