A South Tampa waterfront home formerly owned by "Scorey Perry" is once again for sale on Davis Islands.
Located at 166 Baltic Cir., the home was built in 2018 and was purchased by former Tampa Bay Lightning winger Corey Perry for $5.5 million in September of 2021, a few months after signing a two-year, $2 million contract with the Bolts.
The 5,160-square-foot home comes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a game room, a theater-style screening room, a second floor terrace, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a dock with two boat lifts, and more, says the listing.
Perry only lived in the home for a for few years. In June of 2023, he was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for a 2024 seventh-round pick, and the home was then sold later that fall to the Straz family (yes, that Straz family) for $6.35 million, according to property records.
Before joining Tampa Bay, Perry lost in consecutive Stanley Cup Finals to the Tampa Bay Lightning (in 2020 and 2021) during stints with the Dallas Stars and Montreal Canadiens. When Perry joined the Lightning the very next season, he lost a third straight Finals with the Bolts, making him the first player in NHL history to lose in three consecutive Finals with three different teams.
Perry currently plays for the Edmonton Oilers.
The former Perry house is asking $8.65 million, and the listing agent is Toni Everett of the Toni Everett Company.
