Calendar Submission Guidelines

Add your event to the most comprehensive calendar and online events listing in town.

To make sure your listing is included in the print and online editions of Creative Loafing Tampa Bay, please complete this calendar event submission form at least two weeks before the date of the event. Provide complete event details and contact info.

Calendar Submission Guidelines

General rules

  1. Info must be received two weeks prior to the event
  2. No submissions by phone
  3. Follow the specific rules below
  4. If you submit an image to be included with your listing, you must have permission to use that image. By submitting an image with your listing, you confirm you have permission to use that image.

Give us a phone number or email we can reach you at if we have questions!

Music listings must include

  1. Band's name
  2. Venue
  3. Time of performance*
  4. Cover price

*The default concert time is 9 pm. If you don't specify, your event will be listed as beginning at 9 pm.

Visual art listings must include

  1. Artist's name, description of their work
  2. Gallery/ Location and Gallery Hours
  3. Opening Reception hours, if applicable
  4. Run Dates of the exhibit (i.e. May 2-May 30)

All other listings must include

  1. Name of the production/event
  2. Location
  3. Performance/event hours
  4. Admission prices
  5. Description of the event.
