Two of this week’s most worthwile events are taking place south of Tampa Bay. Ride or haul your bikes to downtown St. Pete for the Kerouac in Paradise ride that takes you by landmarks associated with the famed beat writer. Tampa history buffs and those who enjoy a refined costume party and exotic teas should attend the Tampa Historical Society's From Tampa to the Moon: A Jules Verne Tea Sunday at 5 p.m.
