Tampa Bay is home to an outpost for Dr. Jane Goodall's youth-centric Roots and Shoots Alliance, and last Saturday the famed conservationist addressed local kids at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. WFTS said hundreds of people of all ages were in St. Petersburg for the talk that touched on Goodall's journey and encouraged youth to do what they can to help the Earth.
