After getting traded to the Utah Hockey Club last week, Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Mikhail Sergachev is now looking to sell his South Tampa home.
Located at 20 Sandpiper Rd., in Beach Park, the waterfront home was built in 2023 by Modesta Homes, and was purchased by Sergy in September of 2023 for $9,026,200, according to property records.
The 8,766-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a floating staircase, elevator, movie theater, climate-controlled wine cellar, 360-degree fireplace, Wolf and Sub-Zero gas appliances, a pool and spa with fire fountains, an outdoor kitchen, a dock with two boat lifts and more, says the listing.
The two-time Stanley Cup champion was traded to Utah on June 29, after being acquired by the Lightning in a trade with the Montreal Canadiens in 2017.
Sergachev's home is currently asking $10.9 million, and Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty is the listing agent.
