After years of trying to unload his gigantic Florida mansion, it would appear "The Piano Man" is finally "Movin' Out."
Located at 1110 S Ocean Blvd., in Manalapan, the home was purchased by six-time Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Billy Joel in 2015 for $22,109,100, according to property records.
Joel initially put the 13,349-square-foot estate on the market in 2018 for $31.9 million. After waiting the longest time with no bites, the home's listing was removed, until it resurfaced in 2022 with a whopping $64.9 million price tag.
In the following years, Joel shaved off nearly $15 million from the asking price, until the home hit its most current asking price of $49.9 million.
According to the listing, the home now has a "pending offer," meaning the deal could still fall through and the final purchase price is still under wraps.
Built in 2010, the Mediterranean-style compound comes with a total of nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well a massive crystal chandelier, a theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an air-conditioned 12-car garage, a guest house, and more.
