The RNC may have been a bust for most businesses but it did bring national buzz to a treasured few. Former New York Times food critic and writer Frank Bruni cited The Refinery as one of his favorite moments of the convention. “On the subject of food and Florida, The Refinery in Tampa is a REALLY good resto. That and, um, Clint were the #RNC highlights.”
