Blake High School product Henry Locke has been playing guitar by himself on the patio of Ella’s for a few weeks now, but he gets a little company care of young, and recently-rebranded rock outfit Moonberry (fka Bryce N Beans), plus Lilli Grady.

Grady, a bassist headed to Blake next year, will sing lead and backup around each other, with Locke adding in harmonica while scene vet Ash Dudney (The Dags) holds down drums on a setlist that runs the gamut of rock from Elvis to My Chemical Romance, Radiohead, Twisted Sister and more.

There's no cover to Moonberry's Friday night show at Ella's Americana Folk Art Cafe on May 31. Subscribe to Creative Loafing newsletters.
