A year after celebrating the 30th anniversary of its debut album, Collective Soul really went all-out for a new album, Here To Eternity, recorded at the Palm Springs estate where Elvis and Priscilla Presley had their honeymoon (Guests on the album include Starship’s Mickey Thomas and longtime Paul McCartney guitarist Brian Ray).

The band opens for Hootie and the Blowfish’s first Tampa Bay gig since a 2019 headlining set with Barenaked Ladies, which also went down at the old Gary amphitheater.

Tickets to see Hootie and the Blowfish and Collective Soul play Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on Thursday, Sept. 26 are still available and start at $39.75.
