Sad news today as the South Tampa location of GrillSmith, located at 612 N. Dale Mabry, closes its doors for good.
Opening last May, the steakhouse was unable to make it to a one year anniversary.
South Tampa has proved to be a tough area for restaurants to thrive for long periods of time.
Although this location will be shutting down, the Lakeland, Carrollwood, Clearwater and New Tampa locations are still going strong.
