This afternoon, Tampa Heights-born Magnanimous Brewing releases special anniversary barrel-aged, hazy and sour beers, but it'll spend the weekend throwing an even bigger party to celebrate four turns around the sun.

Donations of any kind are being accepted to aid with relief efforts after Hurricane Helene, and patrons at Magnanimous locations in Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights can wash down their good deeds with eight different limited edition brews.

Local chefs bring their pop-up kitchens to the Seminole Heights location on Thursday (Sliceadelic), Friday (Tower 10 Burger), Saturday (Una mas, This Little Pig) and Sunday (The Liberty Smokehouse)—and this get going early on Saturday with family-friendly activities.

The partying gets heavier Saturday night thanks to a hard-hitting lineup of Tampa's loudest bands including hardcore hero Meatwound, Highway Advisory Radio, Dagger and prog-rock outfit Flagman.

There's no cover for the Magnanimous Brewing four-year anniversary festivities happening Saturday, Oct. 5 in Seminole Heights.  Readers are invited to submit their own events to Creative Loafing Tampa Bay’s things to do calendar.
