It looks like Bolay is expanding across the Bay.

Another location of the build-your-own-bowl concept is coming to St. Petersburg next month when Bolay opens at 1330 4th St. N. It’s joining the ranks of other BYOB spots like Pacific Counter and Fresh Kitchen—and all three offer vegan and vegetarian bowl options filled with greens and plenty of protein options.

“As an 18-year resident of St. Pete, I feel honored and excited by the opportunity to be the first to bring Bolay to this incredible city that I know and love,” Sean McGrath, operating partner of the St. Pete location, wrote in a press release. “I can’t wait to welcome the community in and have them become part of the Bolay family.”

This is the 20th location to open in less than six years for the concept owned by Chris Gannon, son of Outback founder Chris Gannon. It expanded from South Florida back in May with the opening of its first Tampa location.

You can expect indoor and outdoor seating from the 2,400-square-foot space, along with curbside pickup and delivery available via bolay.com. The menu offers premade bowl options if you don’t feel like getting creative. You can also grab a juice, tea, agua fresca or dessert to go with your meal.

The concept’s official opening date is Nov. 11, but soft openings will be on Nov. 9 from noon-1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Nov. 10 from noon-1:30 p.m.

Opening week festivities include free bowls for veterans on Nov. 11 (bring your military ID) and the same for teachers on Nov. 12 (bring your school ID). On Saturday, Nov. 13, the first 100 guests in line get $50 worth of Bolay vouchers.

To keep up with the concept’s latest, and to find out more about opening week deals, you can check out their Instagram (@Bolay) or Facebook.
