Cinema Stereo w/The Mummy Cats/Persephone’s Choice/Now In Color
Cinema Stereo’s summer included headlining a gig at Los Angeles’ legendary Whisky A Go Go, in promotion of the Orlando-based melodic rock outfit’s anthemic new single “Don’t Wanna Stay Up…Unless It’s With You.” The trio—born out of COVID-19 and hoping to add more members in the future—would probably do well if it auditioned for 97X’s Hard Rock Rising Battle of the Bands, which determines who gets to open the next 97X Next Big Thing this winter.—Josh Bradley
