After staging the party in St. Petersburg last year, Loving Cats Worldwide—an organization that is driven to support not just the rescue and rehoming of cats, but also spread the gospel of proper cat ownership—brings its big party to Tampa (just leave your cat at home unless they are a registered competitor).
