My Morning Jacket releases new digital EP today

Southern alt rockers and 2008's Top 10 favorites My Morning Jacket, releases a brand new live EP today exclusively through iTunes.
Ryan Pickett presents, in association with pickettmax films:Candles and Panties ‘08 - the iTunes EP - LIVE in Las Vegas! A Ryan Pickett production.
The purpose of this EP is to provide the listener with a sensual and deeply personal method for relaxational listening. It is to be enjoyed on a candle-lit bench, a secluded nook, or a sensuous dinner party. Under the careful guidance and watchful eye of Ryan Pickett, we have developed a highly pleasing method of subtle sensation! Who knows how deep thine gentle touch? Please enjoy this ep!
MMJ's first live release since 2006's Okonokos includes one new song as well as cuts from several past albums and EP's, all of which are supposed to showcase MMJ's more sensual side. The live track listing is as follows:

Isn't the time you've wasted looking for the leak worth the mere $5 it costs purchase?
Depends, how much money do I make an hour? And, are these songs just outtakes that have already been leaked? And, what fun is it paying for things?
yeah, free is for me. plus, you know, it's my job to listen to it, so I don't always feel any obligation to pay for it.
It's a nice little EP, but I'm pretty sure it's neither Live nor recorded at the Palms.. Just a fancy packaging.. If I wasn't searching for free music I'd search every setlist.. ; ) Hope they play Bonnaroo again
There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.
