Get out the sashes, big hats and eye patches, and round up the kiddies again for the junior version of Tampa's annual pirate event. The roughly 1.25-mile children's parade route begins sat Bay to Bay and Bayshore boulevards, proceeds north along Bayshore, and ends at Watrous/Orleans avenues and Bayshore.
