The Best Book Launch Party on Earth
Congratulations You've Been Selected to Win Another Day on Planet Earth is perky and poofy-haired Hunter Payne's first book full of new drawings. Considering that this is a celebration hosted by a local genius/iconoclast who has in the past couple of years, drawn underwater, installed swings in random places and served milk at his art reception, Payne's book launch should no doubt be a memorable event; especially given that attendees get to check out "hundreds of failure drawings," "open mic clusterfucks," free sidewalk chalk and public drawings, take-and-leave-poem typewriters and more. If that weren't enough, the Bluebird Book Bus stops by, too.
