Though they haven’t yet released third full-length Fear Inside Our Bones nor confirmed a more specific release date than sometime early this year via Tooth & Nail Records, The Almost is already offering merch for the album – recorded over the summer and finished in November – and headlining this January tour. The Clearwater-based Christian emo-alt rock quintet started and fronted by Underoath former Aaron Gillespie (on vocals and rhythm guitar) will likely try out some new tracks on the road. Support sets by All Get Out from Charleston, S.C., their propulsive melody-kissed mix of prog-pop and alt rock marked by the poignant high-toned vocals of frontman Nathan Hussey; and Chicago’s Makeshift Prodigy, which rounds out the bill with optimistic keys-driven pop rock.
