Celebrate the American musical greats — brothers George and Ira Gershwin. The show has five mini-musicals with stories that bring to life tunes that have become standards. The first is set in 1916 New York City, then Paris in the '30s, Hollywood in the '40s, New Orleans in the '50s and today.
Performance highlights include “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off,” “Shall We Dance,” “Someone To Watch Over Me” and “Rhapsody in Blue.” The Tampa cast stars Andrew Mauney, Kristina Huegal, Christopher Timson, Laurie Sutton,
Tia Jemison and Griffeth Whitehurst. Tripp Hampton directs, with musical direction by Michael Sebastien.
