Stand-up Here is a monthly stand-up comedy series at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts’ Teco Theater. It’s billed as 90 minutes of top-shelf comedy by four different comedians. This month, enjoy New York comedy veteran Steve Lazlow, seen on late-night talk shows and Comedy Central; the topical Stephen Netta, who has featured for Bill Maher and Kathleen Madigan; the poignantly honest and quick-on-her-feet Kendra Corrie of the Laughing Skull Festival and the Tom Joyner Morning Show; and Tampa’s own “Illuminatus of Comedy”, international headliner and underground sage, “ranney,” coordinator and emcee of the event..
