There will be finger-licking fun for all ages at the 10th annual Plant City Pig Jam State BBQ Championship on Saturday, November 17.
Teams of backyard barbecuers and serious veterans from all over the country will converge on Plant City to compete for $16,000 in cash prizes.
At the event, feast on some of this country’s best, slow-and-low cooked barbecue ribs, pork, brisket and chicken, and plenty of side dishes including roasted corn, coleslaw and potato salad. You’ll also be able to consult with the barbecuers too about wood vs. charcoal, humidity, basting, number of turns and other technique issues.
