Browse locally grown fruits and vegetables, from Brown’s Groves and Honeyside Farms, as well as certified USDA Organic offerings from Geraldson Community Farms. Herbs and plants of all kinds, cut flowers, a delicious variety of prepared foods, seafood, ice cream, kettle corn and barbecue will be for sale, along with goods from local artists and craftsmen. The Sarasota Concert Band will be headlining on Oct. 3, from 10 to 11 a.m. on the Showmobile Stage. Product giveaways will take place hourly, along with new, environmentally sensitive market shopping bags. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are now allowed in the Park, the Sarasota Humane Society will be there too, with a selection of adoptable pets waiting for your love.
Plan to be at the Market on Halloween for the HOWL-O-WEEN doggie costume parade at 11 a.m. on Oct. 31.
