Since 1966, Mario Garcia Joya has been a director of photography in more than 90 feature-length films,
including The Last Supper and
Strawberry and Chocolate, which was nominated for an academy award in 1995. The Feathered Serpent Gallery — an up-and-coming hub for contemporary Latin American art and indigenous artisan works — will host the renowned Cuban cinematographer for an exhibition of still photography.
