Detroit "trap pop" band, Jamaican Queens, will be bringing their influences that come from southern hip hop, electro,dub, downbeat and alt folk music to Tampa Sun., Sept.1 at 8 p.m. at the New World Brewery. The band released their full-length debut, Wormfood, back in March. Other bands such as Levels, the Banker, Oxford Noland, and Godsnack also will be performing. Ticket prices are $6 and $9 dollars. Doors will begin to open at 7 p.m.
