Bid felicitations to 5-year-strong, tough and beautiful garage/folk/punk/whatever band that goes from moody, waltzy ballads to fuzzy, catchy-as-all-get out rock-outs. See stunning platinum blonde frontwoman/writer/cat lady Shae Krispinsky play guitar and harmonica — and defy every hot-chick stereotype known to man. She, Derek Forrester, drums, and Russ Jovin, bass, have been a consistent go-to for authentic rock in Tampa, and they share the bill with bands representing a tasty buffet of indie/punk subgenres. There will most likely be an appearance by the Dude Choir: Rodney Smith, David Kibby, Jeff Brawer, Ben Thurmond (of the Send Offs), Phil Stanwick, Adam Revak and any guy who wants to jump up and sing along, really. Says Krispinsky, “I’m making cupcakes and Jell-O shots — and possibly a pinata, because I’m really 7 years old."
