Austin Durant, founder of the Fermenters Club will host a hands on fermentation demonstration and workshop 12:30pm to 2:00 p.m. at Sweetwater Organic Community Farm on Sunday, November 25. During this 90 minute workshop, participants will learn the history and benefits of fermenting foods, demo simple seasonal fermented recipes loaded with healthy "probiotic" bacteria, sample fermented goodies such as kimchi, sauerkraut and kombucha to taste, and make their own batch of fermented food with produce from Sweetwater!
