Columbia Restaurant is still owned and operated by the 4th and 5th generation members of the Hernandez/Gonzmart family. The original Columbia Restaurant was founded by Casimiro Hernandez Sr. in 1905 in Tampa's Historic Ybor City. We are open 365-days a year, including Holidays, serving both lunch and dinner daily. We have a casual dress policy, and a childrens menu. Reservations are accepted, but not necessary.
