Romantics to Moderns: British Watercolors and
Drawings from the Collection of BNY Mellon
features approximately 70 works on paper by 49 of
Britain's most gifted artists from the mid-1700s through
1935. The exhibition provides a comprehensive history of
200 years of British watercolors and drawings, a first for
the Tampa Bay area. The farewell party, Family Day and
the Fourth Annual Painting in the Park, will be held on
May 1 from 1-4 p.m and will feature giant sidewalk
watercolors and special performances. Museum admission
is $17 for adults, $15 for 65 and older and military, and
$10 for all students. Children under 7 are free.
