Cappy’s is a child’s dream. Ooey, gooey pizza. Old-school arcade games. Vintage toys at every glance. And children are welcome, but they better be well-behaved. Owner Scooter Gabel created controversy this year when he asked his guests to control their children while dining there. Some people applauded, some people hissed.
