I agree with him about Sargent's portrayal of Blanche, or Snell's Doctor; that's not the issue at all. I disagree with the comments about almost everyone else in play, and find his opinion about the performance very unfair.

This "Streetcar" worked so well because of the ensemble, not simply one actress carrying the rest.
