My guess is that it wont infuriate them so much as hurt like crap and incapacitate them giving a woman time to fight off her rapist. That the perpetrator would have to go to the hospital to have it removed would be proof positive that a rape had occurred. I do see some possible problems, if a girlfriend/partner is angry enough they could use it as a vicious attack mechanism but in general I dont think that would be the preferred use of it.
