It seemed to me you begrudgingly agreed to review this resturant, or maybe even lost a bet, at least the scathing language you so eloquently bashed my place of employment for the entirety of it's "meager" 10 years seemed to illustrate that you had your mind set on tearing it down before you even walked in the door. Sorry you mistook a sense of
pride and heritage in over 85 years of family ownership for
vanity. Hopefully the apparent egotistical customers that,
according to you, "validate themselves" by making it on our walls will pick up on your metaphor. I'll be sure to share my
feelings with them over the corse of the next few weeks. I'm
