The unique EATS! is dedicated to classic American cuisine, but with a twist: The menu is composed of recorded historic recipes from different cities and regions of the U.S. So patrons can dine on the nation's staples and read fun, interesting facts about the cuisine.
The EATS! menu includes 1880 Texas chili bowl, Wisconsin beer cheese bowl, 1937 Cobb salad, 1893 Waldorf salad, traditional burger, French dip sandwich, bourbon brushed grilled shrimp, Maryland crab cakes, Northwest walnut marinated salmon, homemade pineapple upside down cake, and A lot more.
