Re: “9th Bar Espresso: Cerealist expression

Looks awesome, but don't ruin it by "expanding." Maybe a second shop but that's it.

Re: “Can TacoSon's invasion of St. Petersburg succeed?

I hope this review is a joke!! I happened upon this review. While surfing the web. I have to say Tacoson has the best authentic Mexican food in Tampa Bay! I have lunch at the place at least twice a week. Whoever wrote this must have been on drugs that day. And being concerned if they would succeed in Tampa Bay.... Well I know every time I go there during lunch there's a line to the door and every seat is taken. What a poor review the writer should be ashamed of himself!

Re: “Restaurant review: Get baked at St. Petersburg's Cafe DeLucia

I have a friend who works there and told me the Limoncello is store bought as well as those delicious pastries and many of their other desserts... Shame...

Re: “Late-night eats after beats

The garlic feta spread at Paninoteca is a crowd favorite. I didn't realize Jerk Hut was open so late. Good to know! Sake House on Fowler is open until 3 am the last half of the week and weekend.

Re: “The Top 50 Restaurants in Tampa Bay

Al's Finger Licking Good Bar-B-Que in Ybor is the best BBQ you'll find in Florida, let alone Tampa.

Re: “Restaurant review: Trusting in tradition

wow, the menus sounds as bad as the patrons look dining there. It looks like a waiting room for the soon to be departed.

Re: “Café Alma's new horizons, chic flair at Le Méridien & more

"The lobby of Le Méridien, called the Hub, offers artfully crafted coffees from an illy-trained master barista..."

Ha - you may want to put a capital 'I' on "illy" to avoid confusion (and just about the opposite meaning)! And I can't believe they called it "the Hub".
