Re: “Restaurant review: Green Mint moves from truck to table

I thankfully work close to this place and end up going a few times a week. Nothing compares to their banh mi's...they are the perfect bite. The restaurant is friendly, bright, clean and in keeping with the freshness of the food they serve.

Re: “Tiki time

Looks like a good time! The questions is...did they clean up after themselves or leave a huge environmental mess like every other weekend?

Re: “Restaurant review: Green Mint moves from truck to table

Try going on the weekends. They have chicken wings based on the table sauces that will make you wish you could eat bone. The lemon grass beef banh mi is THE best beef sandwich I have had the pleasure of getting near my mouth. They are worth going to at least once.

Re: “Integrate This: Go nuts

The commercial coconut water companies are using the truth and science of the fresh coconut water to sell their products. But what they do not tell you is that their processed coconut water does not have the same quality nutrition and taste that only FRESH - RAW - UNPROCESSED COCONUT WATER has. The truth is that only natural, 100% Raw Coconut Water, unprocessed (that does not include HPP technology to make coconut water), can deliver the same health benefits as the real deal, fresh from the coconut water. Re: “Holy smokes!

I agree with Doug Smith, nothing like the food in Missouri. Just can't find anything close to it anywhere. Missing the Midwest.

Re: “Nothing cheesy about this Mac Daddy throwdown

There were at least 2 booths with lobster mac & cheese. They just didn't win. We had some creative and delicious mac & cheese. I was disappointed there was no classic baked mac & cheese with gruyere cheese and buttered breadcrumbs. The Ulele's with blue crab got our vote. But we also had 2 real misses that not even our kids would eat. Overall a good time. We look forward to going again next year.
