Re: “Just dessert

I'll really miss Jaden's contributions to CL. She's a great writer, and a better chef.

I'll have to just keep looking at her blog, if for nothing else as my own little silent protest of the Trib's diminishing arts coverage.

Re: “Flat-out tasty flatbreads

Dear Loafers:
Yes,
iEnjoyed your preview of last year's PZZA tournament, although i was disappointed by the lack of coverage of the NIZ invitational. This year, would U please provide some coverage of the NIZ tournament? Please be sure to cover the top teams from the area's Mid-Major Counties (ie: Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco, and Polk). This year, please also include offerings from the best at large city-teams left outside the bubble of the PZZA selection process from the area's Major Counties (ie: Ybor City, Town & Country, Temple Terrace, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Palmetto, Gulfport, Dunedin, Countryside, etc.

Sincerely,
Maha Sharum

PS: Should the Pinellas Conference picks be chosen according to the traditional North / South border ??

Re: “Wham Bam, Thank You Spam

Made Spam FR to accompany char-grilled chicken breast marinated in fish sauce, garlic and ginger. Awesome! My son took leftover rice in his school lunch at HHS and reports it was a big hit there too! Kudos!
