For every Chefs Feature dish sold at Mitchell's Fish Market restaurants in July and August, they'll donate 10% of the sales to the Oxfam America Gulf Coast Spill Response Fund, which was founded to support Oxfam's partners in the region who are aiding in Gulf cleanup and research efforts.
