Speaking up for the Obama administration, and their controversial decision to sue Arizona over the illegal immigration bill, was Attorney General Eric Holder, speaking on CBS' Face The Nation from Aspen. The Justice Department's lawsuit challenges Arizona having the authority to make immigration laws at all, but does not go where other suits filed have gone - that is, that it will lead to racial profiling. But Holder indicated that case can't be made yet, because the law hasn't taken affect, but his people will be watching closely for any excesses and ready to go back to Court if they find them.
