It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that tables and tables of food, wine, desserts, a handsome celebrity chef and a worthwhile cause all add up a must-do event. Albert himself would deem Einstein on Food & Wine a winning formula. Event sponsor ABC Fine Wine & Spirits will serve a vast variety of varietals or brew lovers can knock some back in a beer garden. The museum’s fundraiser is in its 18th year, held amid interactive exhibits where attendees can indulge their senses with a scientific twist. Area restaurants and food trucks range from the healthy fast food of PDQ, to the Pan-Asian favorites of TC Choy’s, the Latino comidas of Michelle Faedo’s and the surf and turf of Chart House. Sumptuous Swiss chocolatier Lindt is one of the sweetmakers. Live music and silent auction top it all off. Fabio Viviani of Bravo’s Top Chef judges the food, and VIP ticket holders can even meet him while getting to eat and drink first. —Julie Garisto
