With Sept. 5, or International Bacon Day, upon the region, Coppertail Brewing Co. and LOKO Cuisine will host the brewery's first brunch, a self-serve bacon-driven meal, at 11 a.m. on the holiday.
Four internationally inspired courses (including the WTPork Scramble) and one beer, or an Unholy Trippel Bacon Bloody Mary, will be served during the late-morning Coppertail gathering. Head brewer Casey Hughes will break out some to-be-announced barrel-aged beer as well.
Tickets, which are limited to 100, cost a little more than $32.
