A 30-year-old woman was arrested early Tuesday morning in Hudson for allegedly chasing a man across U.S. 19, one of the most dangerous roads in the nation, with a knife.
According to a WFLA report, the woman was picked up not long before 4 a.m. after an argument with a man inspired her to grab "a medium-sized knife from the kitchen" and pursue him as he began to walk away. The impetus for the argument was apparently the man's refusal to answer her questions about cheating on him, or to show her his phone.
The arrest report states that the woman admitted to chasing the man with the knife. She was arrested for aggravated domestic assault.
