Re: “Come Hear the Music Play

Wendy Starkand (Sally), Ann Lehman (Shneider), Frank Weiss (Schwartz), and Ryan Bintz (Emcee) shine in this production!!! I highly recommend it!

Re: “Factory fun

The vibe, the performance, the art, the people. Everything about Jab Ink, Cigar Theatre, and Fuzzy Logik is breathtakingly amazing.

Re: “Wine and dine

No further details from me right this moment, but this ass made an idiot of himself while dining at a local restaurant recently. His extremely loud, abusive complaints and treatment of the staff (who were bending over backwards for him) and Napoleonic behavior nearly ruined our evening. My parents and I were so offended. We will not be patronizing this man's establishment when it opens in St. Petersburg.

Re: “You must have Doubt

This will be the first time ever an actress who won a Tony for her performance will hit the road with the show she was recognized for. Don't miss this show!

Re: “Clash of the Titans

FYI: After the show on Friday March 9 and Friday March 16 there will be a discussion with the actors to which all audience members who care to stay behind are invited.

Re: “Shining, gleaming, streaming, flaxen, waxen

I made it to opening night and was totally blown away!!!!! The show seriously rocked! I've already got my ticket to the closing performance at the Palladium, and have emailed a bunch of my friends in the Native American community about how great the show is). Even though I was a hippie (well, alright, a plain-clothes hippie) in the Sixties, I somehow never got around to seeing a performance of Hair. Saw the movie, but it just didn't do the story justice. Let me tell you, the performance was totally worth the 39 year wait!

Re: “My Country, 'Tis of Thee

The flim Maker used military support everyday over her eight months! She got almost all of her footage by military escort.

Re: “Home truths

What an amazing artist. This is not some capitalization on the misfortune of New Orleans. It is genuine, heart-felt, talent. Best of luck to the artist!

Re: “Give peace a dance

Thank you so much for recognising the importance of this event and highlighting it. We had close to 500 people at the Safety Harbor Museum joining in the world wide prayer for peace. Everyone agreed it was a great event, particularly as it appealed to such a wide age range with lots of young people involved - both as participants and viewers. Thanks to everyone who came out to give peace a dance. See you next year!

Re: “Congressional contestants

I appreciate the Weekly Planet's work in getting District 11 primary candidates together for this panel. Now, let's persuade the thirty-six year Republican incumbent Congressman from District 10 to enter into a public forum on the Iraq war with me, Samm Simpson. I'm the grandmother, who is challenging him and the Bush administration this November. The 423,000 voters in District 10 need to know they have a choice on Novebmer 7. www.sammsimpsonforcongress.com

I've known Bob for over ten years. I've seen him internalize this play for quite some time. Its good that its finally being put into production. :-)

Re: “Animal Lovers On Air

I've been listening to this show since its early days on KUCI in Irvine CA. It's fun and informative and a total kick in the pants -- an incredible array of guests (from John Doe to Bob Barker!), great comedy bites (Duncan used to manage comedians)and some fun music to boot (Duncan's also an extraordinary music d.j. -- check him out on PreDawn Alternatives, Thurs. 4 - 6 a.m. on WMNF). This is a unique and signficiant show, well worth a listen.
