The poke craze is alive and well in Tampa Bay.
Poke Fish has opened its second concept, as well as Fish Bowl Kitchen; and in the last few weeks, We Are Poke made its debut at 3309 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.
We Are Poke markets itself as an organic and sustainable poke bowl restaurant; the owners echo that by limiting their use of plastic, electricity and water, as well as taking their recycling initiative very seriously.
Diners can choose from small, medium or large bowls beginning at $9.99. Choose a base of rice or mixed greens, a protein (which includes chicken and vegan options), followed by toppings and sauces.
Dessert and yogurt bowls are also on the menu with small and regular sizes beginning at $4.50. We Are Poke is also offering up coffee, sparkling water and a few "healthy beverages."
Hours for the concept are 11 a.m.- 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
