Whether you're devout or don't follow the Christ child storyline at all, you can't deny the sheer beauty and spiritual exultation of the USF Choral Christmas presentation, which has become a Tampa Bay holiday tradition at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visit Tampa's historic church and take in the angelic vocals at 7:30 p.m. this evening. Sacred Heart Catholic Church is at 509 N. Florida Ave., Tampa; $10, sold at the door, day of the concert only. arts.usf.edu.

University of Tampa's 2013 Sister Cities Arte Exhibition continues in the Bailey Art Studios. The exhibition, presented by Tampa Sister Cities Committee Inc. and the Scarfone/Hartley, is the first juried international exhibition of works by artists from Tampa’s oldest Sister City: Barranquilla, Colombia. Run ends Dec. 4. A great time to see it is tomorrow. From 7 to 9 p.m., a special mayoral reception will honor Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn and Elsa Noguera, mayor of Barranquilla. The gallery's regular weekday hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is free to both the exhibit and the mayor event at 310 N. Boulevard, Tampa.
