St. Pete Pride hosts its 11th annual promenade and festival. Held along Central Avenue between 21st Street and 29th Street, in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central District, this festival celebrating the Tampa Bay LGBT community draws more than 100,000 attendees. The parade begins at 10 a.m. Enjoy vendors, entertainment, activities, food and more from 9 a.m. — 4 p.m.


Head to Georgie’s Alibi, 3100 3rd Ave. N., St. Pete, before Pride for breakfast and the parade kick-off at 7 a.m. Full liquor available at 8 a.m. Then head back to Georgie’s after Pride for its Pride Super Show, 8 — 11 p.m. Kori Stevens hosts Amy Demilo, Alexis Mateo, Miss Georgie’s Alibi Tiffany McCray and special guest porn star Lucas Knight.

The Honey Pot, 1507 E. 7th Ave., Tampa, hosts “Neon Circus,” a women’s Pride after-party starting at 8 p.m. Only $5 cover after 9 p.m. No cover and free drinks from 8 — 9 p.m. Entertainment for this neon/blacklight circus party includes Vaude Villians burlesque sideshow, celesbians from Spike TV and Showtime, and more.

G. Bar, 1401 E. 7th Ave., holds its own Pride after-party, “Loud & Proud.” DJ Kidd Madonny brings his energetic sound and light show to the festivities and DJ Charles Machado will be in the video room. Doors open at 8 p.m., with $1 drinks from 8 — 10 p.m.


Celebrate after pride at the Hideaway, 8302 4th St. N., St. Pete. Karaoke starts at 9 p.m.


Sunday, June 30

St. Petersburg’s Flamingo Resort, 4601 34th St. S., hosts St. Pete Pride’s official 10th annual pool party starting at noon. One of the largest pool parties in Tampa Bay, it’s the perfect way to end your Pride Carnivale experience.

Juicy Sundays are back at Ybor’s Level III Nightclub, 1611 7th Ave. Featuring three levels of remodeled party space and a rooftop patio overlooking the Tampa skyline. DJ Charles Machado spins the hits and enjoy performances by the Juicy Drag Team. No cover all night. $1 drinks from 10 — 11 p.m.


The Pride party continues at the Hideaway, 8302 4th St. N., St. Pete. Free pool and free bbq starting at 7 p.m.

There’s always something going on at the The Broken Tusk, 4685 28th St. N., St. Petersburg, on Sundays. On the first and third Sundays, Bitchy Bingo begins at 7 p.m. And on the second and fourth Sundays of the month, Alex brings you Trashy Trivia starting at 9 p.m.


Esme Russell hosts an Amateur Strip Contest at G. Bar, 1401 E. 7th Ave., Ybor City, every Tuesday. Winner receives a $100 bar tab. No cover and free drinks 9 p.m. — 11 p.m.


Georgie’s Alibi, 3100 3rd Ave. N., St. Petersburg, presents All-star Karaoke every Tuesday starting at 9 p.m. Hosted by DJ LMO.


Play pool every Wednesday at The Broken Tusk, 4685 28th St. N., St. Petersburg. The pool tournament begins at 8 p.m. Entry fee is $5, blind draw and double elimintation. The bar matches the pot and winners can walk away with as much as $150.


Someday Souvenir’s Chrissy Derado hosts live acoustic karaoke at Beak’s St. Pete, 2451 Central Ave., every Wednesday, 7:30 — 9:30 p.m. No cover and one free shot for every singer.


The Ybor City Social Club, 1909 N. 15th St., hosts Gay College Night every Thursday. Doors open at 9 p.m.; free drinks until 11 p.m.; $1 drinks 11 p.m. until midnight; and $2 drinks after midnight. No cover. Drag shows with Conundrum and Sashay Infiniti.


Head to G. Bar, 1401 E. 7th Ave., Ybor City, for Fusion Thursdays and enjoy the latest in electro house, drum n’ bass and breaks music with DJs rotating weekly. Doors open at 10 p.m.; $1 drinks until midnight.


Georgie’s Alibi, 3100 3rd Ave. N., St. Petersburg, hosts its legendary Long Island Iced Tea parties on Thursday. $3 Long Island Iced Teas from 9 p.m. to close.


Girl Fridays at G. Bar, 1401 E. 7th Ave., features $1 drinks all night for the ladies and $1 Long Island Iced Teas until midnight. Drag show hosted by Conundrum. No cover until 11 p.m.; $5 after 11.


CandeLa Fridays at Liquid Tampa, 1502 E. 7th Ave., brings the heat to Ybor City with its Latin dance party featuring DJ Mike el Bori and hosts Lady Janet, Colorina, and Miah V. No cover before 11 p.m.; $1 well drinks 11 p.m. to midnight.


The Broken Tusk, 4685 28th St. N., St. Petersburg, presents Foxy Fridays featuring drag performances by Jaeda Fuentes, Kori Stevens, and special guests, and dancing with DJ LMo. Drag performances are at 11:30 p.m. and 1 a.m.

Friday, June 28

Macy’s at Tyrone Square Mall, once again hosts the 27/82 pre-concert fashion event Runway: A Night of Fashion, 5 — 7 p.m. E! news correspondent Robbie Laughlin will be the event’s presenter. The fashion show will be followed by a shopping party, cool tunes and delectable bites. Receive a free gift with any regular-priced Papi purchase. Admission is free. Receive a $10 Macy’s gift card with a donation of $10 or more.

This is followed by the 27/82 concert at the State Theatre, 687 Central Ave., St. Pete. The lineup includes Uh Huh Her (featuring Leisha Hailey from “The L Word") Daphne Willis, Geri X, Butchlesque and more. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door. All proceeds benefit St. Pete Pride and other local LGBT organizations.

freefall Theatre Company, 6099 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, presents “Confessions, a Cabaret” at 8 p.m. Inspired by anonymous confessions collected prior to the show, diva Zachary Hines performs material from a diverse songbook — Leonard Cohen, Kurt Weill, Madonna. Call 855-U-CONFESS to share your confession before the show. Tickets are $15 for general admission.

Steam Fridays at The Honey Pot, 1507 E. 7th Ave., Tampa, is holding its “Pushing the Gay Agenda” Pride pre-party. Mention “The Gay Agenda” at the door and receive a free shot upon entry. This ultimate gay men’s dance party runs from 10 p.m. — 3 a.m. Enjoy an unbelievable show by The Steam Girls and an all-male revue, a high-tech dancefloor, world-renowned DJs, porn stars and more.

Georgie’s Alibi, 3100 3rd Ave. N., St. Pete, hosts a Pride Eve Jager Party, with $6 Jagermeister and performances by Stephanie Shippae and Kori Stevens.

The Lesbian Health Fund holds its annual reception and fundraiser at the 2013 Women in Medicine Conference, 7 — 9 p.m., at the Marriott Resort Suites on Sand Key, 1201 Gulf Blvd., Clearwater Beach. The LHF is the only U.S. research fund dedicated solely to the unique health needs of lesbians and other sexual minority women. Comedian Vicki Shaw will entertain the crowd and there will be live and silent auctions and a cash bar. Tickets are $50.
