Tampa Bay's culinary scene is in the national news once again. The Food Network chose one ice cream treat for each of the 50 states; Tampa Bay's Edison Food+Drink Lab was selected for their carrot ice cream.
"Chef Jeannie Pierola calls the kitchen her lab, and this dessert is an experiment gone right: carrot ice cream with crisp crullers, cardamom glaze and a white raisin puree," wrote the Food Network of Pierola's decadent treat.
