We are in the thick of Christmahanakwanzika and maybe you haven't found the perfect gift for that special someone. Maybe you're looking for something one of a kind, preferably involving drinks. Creative Loafing's Holiday Auction has the perfect gift for mixology fanatics, beer nerds, coffee fiends and wine lovers. Remember, it's for the children!

Be a brewmaster for a day.
Three Palms Brewery in Tampa is giving you to chance to brew a five-gallon batch of your choice. Three Palms will bottle your special (and one of a kind) brew in 22-ounce bottles too. You can choose your own brew recipe or suggest a style for Three Palms to brew.

Join forces with Tampa Bay Brewing Company Head Brewer David Doble to become a brewing apprentice for a day. You will assist David as he concocts one of the house beers (and he might even let you pick which one). After you are done, TBBC will give you a t-shirt so you won't be covered in grain when you go home. Then you and 10 of your friends will be invited back about a month later to celebrate the tapping of the beer you helped brew. TBBC will provide the pizza and pitchers of beer for your party. And to really get the full experience of being a brewer, you will go home with a gallon jug of beer of your choice and a four-pack of TBBC's newly canned beer.

Join the craft beer-making craze with a starter kit from Booth's Brewing & Bar Supply, plus four classes. Hop to it! (We're sure you'll be the head of the class.)

Take part in Cigar City's Hunahpu brewing day.
Every year in March Cigar City releases its Mayan Chocolate-inspired beer which goes by the name of Hunahpu's Imperial Stout. This bold stout is aged on a variety of chili peppers, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon and Peruvian Cacao. The winning bidder will be Cigar City's guest on Hunahpu's day. The winner will receive advance access (for the winner and 1 guest) to the release party, 1 case of 2013 Hunahpu's Imperial Stout, 1 mixed case of the previous three years vintages of Hunahpu (2010, 2011 and 2012), 10 beer tickets, and last but not least a framed display of four years of Hunahpu labels autographed by Cigar City Brewing Brewmaster Wayne Wambles

Hoppy Hour.
Not that anyone needs an excuse to drink the fine beverages at Dunedin Brewery, but here's an incentive that's hard to pass up: Once a week when you say to yourself, "Hey, I could use a beer," you'll be able to get a free one a pint at Dunedin Brewery, chosen from any of the Brewery's standard ales.

Belly up to this legendary bar in Downtown Tampa and order a PBR. Or two. With this item, you get those two PBRs for free every week for a year. Not that you needed an excuse to hang out at the HUB of everything, but this deal makes even a classic dive bar just that much more fun.

Happy hour just got happier: With this item, you and a maximum of 19 of your luckiest friends get a two-hour Happy Hour and Brewery Tour at one of Tampa's newest, most talked-about breweries. Package includes free beer and light hors d'oeuvres.

Wine tastings for two or more.
A private wine seminar for 10 people at The Wine Exchange in SoHo's Hyde Park led by smart, personable Wine Director Craig Dean. The seminar will include four or five wines and light appetizers. It's the most fun you'll ever have in class.

An alluring offer for the oenophiles out there, this item combines a wine dinner for four at the acclaimed new Domani Bistro in Tampa, plus we've thrown in a custom gift basket from Vintage Wine Cellars containing two bottles of wine, cheese and crackers, and chocolate.

The Wine Studio in South Tampa bills itself as "a cozy neighborhood gathering place where fine art is the companion of fine food and edibles," and this is your chance to enjoy it yourself with a wine tasting for 2, in which a wine flight (3 wines each in 3 oz flight portions) is paired with 3 food items to share.

Wimauma "Where Cracker Meets Cuisine" lives up to its motto with locally sourced ingredients, ample Southern charm, and the sophisticated palate of Chef Gary Moran. Experience this South Tampa culinary destination in all its glory with a special chef's dinner for six, with wines to match.

Stone Chef owner/chef/hosts Anthony and Jennifer Sanschagrin come to your home and work their magic on a four-course wine dinner paired with wine for up to 10 people.

Mix it up.

Want to know how to make the perfect martini? Get a private tutorial with the master mixologists of the Left Coast Bartenders' Guild, who will host a cocktail seminar right in your own home for 10-12 people. They'll bring the alcohol; you bring the thirst (for knowledge, of course).

Best part of waking up, local brew in your cup.
Stay caffeinated in style in 2013 with one pound of coffee per week for an entire year from Best of the Bay-winning Kahwa Coffee Roasters. Great restaurants all over the Bay area serve Kahwa, and now you can join their ranks.
